Il est OBLIGATOIRE pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son permis, apr\u00e8s une annulation ou suspension. En bref, le test psychotechnique mesure la capacit\u00e9 psychomotrice d\u2019un conducteur. Cette capacit\u00e9 est sollicit\u00e9e pendant la phase de conduite. Les \u00e9preuves mesurent la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9agir, \u00e0 se concentrer et \u00e0 traiter l\u2019information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Article R 224-21 du Code de la route \u201cTout conducteur dont le permis de conduire a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9, invalid\u00e9 ou suspendu pour une dur\u00e9e \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 six mois doit, pour \u00eatre admis \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter aux \u00e9preuves exig\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un nouveau permis ou solliciter la restitution de son permis suspendu, produire \u00e0 l\u2019appui de sa demande un avis m\u00e9dical d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par un m\u00e9decin agr\u00e9\u00e9 consultant hors commission m\u00e9dicale ou par la commission m\u00e9dicale attestant qu\u2019il n\u2019est atteint d\u2019aucune
